Chef Sean Dailey is a culinary trained Chef of the famed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.  Chef Dailey was a private Chef for 12 years to the president & CEO of the Historical Society of Italy in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.  Some of his professional trainings include, Chez Henri in Cambridge, Massachusetts and also The Charles in Boston on famed Beacon Hill.
